Unhappy 2008 Oil filter

Where is it, how do you get it off?

Mini's use a canister type filter it's on the upper passenger side under a black canister , you'll need a 27mm wrench to loosen it and a T50 to drain the oil

Mine is and 08 do you get to it from under the car?

The 08 is the same 07 ... And NO it's loosened from the Top (Oil Filter)
Drain Plug is underneath

I have looked at it from the top of the motor on the passengers side under the hood. Yet all I see is air hoses, how about a better description before I start taking things apart.

I found it, it is actually under the water tank on the drivers side.
