Aftermarket exhaust cat back

Hi I am new to this forum and I am looking for advice for an aftermarket exhaust for a late model CooperS CABRIO. Any suggestions please? Also, is it worth upgrading the air intake?

I've heard good thing about eiter of the Borlas

and yes the intake upgrade is worthwhile
