Exhaust System Recommendations

I have an R56, front strut brace by John Cooper Works, and ALTA performance cold air intake. I am looking into purchasing a performance exhaust system and have done some research, think about going with the ALTA system. Before I make the purchase I wanted to see if anyone could recommend a system that would provide the most power, while the sound is not too overbearing.
