Default 02 Mini, low compression #3

Rough idle, stalls and poor acceleration up 3000 RMP. Replace ignition parts and got the same result. Performed a compression test and found #3 cylinder with only 50lbs compaired to the 80lbs to 90lbs the other cylinders gave me. Appears I have a valve or ring problem and I was wondering if this is a common problem with this engine or I just got lucky?

If you've run less then premium fuel I've seen tons with valve troubles , so much build up on the valves cause these issues
