AC not working on 2003 mini cooper

A/C not working. I checked the relay and that seems okay. I put 12 volts to the clutch on the compressor and was able to make the ac turn on with the relay removed.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Limit switch/pressure switch not engaging

If the switch is not engaging the charge is likely low and needs a recharge or at least a charge check
