Current draw

Hey all. Newbie with a question. I have an '04 Mini and am having a problem with excess current draw. It's drawing 150 milliamps through FL7, the ignition fuse. With the fuse pulled it draws 6 milliamps. The car is a grad gift for my daughter and grad is quickly closing in. any help would be great! Thanks in advance. Cheers, Dave
