Default Idle surging when cold

Noticed that after starting, usually the initial one, the idle drops down, then surges up, and repeats a few times. After shifting into gear, motor will idle down, stumble, throw a little squeek (motor mount?) then return to normal. No CEL, and seems to get better after the motor warms a bit but the shift into gear will always make cause the motor to idle down/stumble for a second.

This is the auto tranny. Sounds like fuel related, a dirty intake or throttle plate issue? Can anyone offer any advice before I start digging in? Thanks
