Mine does the same thing. I was wondering if it was normal also. So I took it to the dealer and had them drive it around so that they can feel it and tell me if it is suppose to do that. I bought mine used 2007 convertible sidewalk and they said it was the computer trying to go back to the old drivers habbits. So they changed the fluids and reset the adaptations. They also said that the transmission adjusting spool ratio incorrectly causing an increase in rpm while driving due to the old habbits of previous owner. Well it was driving like a normal car and then it started again. I hope someone on this forum can help.

No, not all of them do, but these cars are known for having transmission problems.
