Body bumper work, new and need help

I'm pretty mechanically inclined, however not real good at figuring out my way. More of a direction follower.

My wife rear ended someone, and the bumper needs to be replaced. Its an 03 cooper s. The exact color I don't know, its a type of dark metallic grey. My question is what color is it exactly, where can I order a new bumper, and what should I buy to replace it. I don't believe I need to replace the whole thing, just the main body.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. I will give more info if needed, just thought I would start with this.

dealer or junkyard is about the only place to get parts
