Carbon Fiber Hood Installation

i just got my carbon fiber hood in for my 06 cooper s and the headlights will not mach up with the holes. does anyone know anything about this?

its an OEM VIS racing hood. we got everything back together but it wasnt easy. i have black headlights coming in so when i change them out hopefully i dont encounter any problems with that.
