Default Left rear tire

Guys I am new to the Forum...I have had really good luck over the years with my Mini. I have a 2002 Mini CooperS with the JWC intake, 19 degree pully upgrade, and a shift kit. I have over 140,000 miles and am the original owner. I noticed when I was behind my car the other day while my wife was driving the left rear tire seem to be bowing out...Is this something I need to adress.

Default

It can be either an alignment issue or even a bent trailing arm
