MC 40 decals and numbers

Hello,

was just wondering if anybody knows where to get the decals and #37 numbers for the 2004 MC 40 (Monte Carlo Anniversary) edition, don't know if these are still available used, new or not at all. Also looking for the original set of 17 inch two piece alloy rims.
Thanks if anybody can lead me in the right direction!
