Default spots on exterior

I have a 2007 mini cooper s that is silver with a black top - there are some small brown spots only on the area of the "bra" -I cannot get them off and really think that they are under the bra not on top - my dealership thinks that something dripped on the car and therefore not their responsibility. I feel that if it was something that dripped on the car it would have been on other parts of the car and not just the bra area. Has anyone else ever seen this and if so, do you know what it is and how to get rid of them. Thanks.

Default RE: spots on exterior

If it's under the bra . likely dirt ect accumulated underneath then water/rain got underneath it and sun dried it and waterspotted/acid rain caused the spots ... A good cleaning with a clay bar and then a swirl remover followed by a good coat of wax... With a bra it is VERY important to remove it and clean underneath and wax , as well as cleaning the bra itself ...
