A little advice on replacing my antenna please...?

So today after school, being a nice day here in toronto and all, I decide to visit one of essos supposed "touch free" carwashes. It turns out that wasn't the case and the drying component of the wash ripped off my antenna and shattered the plastic base around it that connects to the roof. So I was wondering what I would need to replace this, I was looking at this (http://new.minimania.com/web/Item/NMA1264/InvDetail.cfm). I got out immediately after the carwash and picked up the antenna itself so I imagine all I need is a new base but I'm not sure if that one there merely covers the existing one or will actually replace it like I need.

The parts I showed in the diagram are the parts for the 02/06 , you'll have to identify whats broken I can't SEE the parts , or even know what year you have ...
The part #'s are there if you want to order them or get them from your dealer
