Default need help and advice

my brilliant wife drove her mini copper through a flooded area yesterday and the engine quit running. She got it restarted, drove home and now smoke blows out the exhaust. Also just discovered all the oil has leaked out.

Any ideas folks? Blown gasket, cracked head?

likely the water displaced all the oil ...

your rings on all pistons are likely toast , as well as the crank /cam bearings

insurance time / likely need a new motor / tranny and wiring harness at minimum
