Condenser Coils Messed Up. Replace or not?

Hey all you Cooper lovers, like myself : D!

First things first, I'm going to be honest with you all, I'm an online shopping amateur. I know, for as long as online shopping has been available, you'd expect that I'd catch on by now. However, I just can't seem to differentiate between a good and a bad deal...

Anyways, the coils on my 05 Cooper's a/c condenser seem to be messed up (they are depressed, no longer upright)... will this affect the performance in which case i have to replace it?

If that's the case, then who should i go with??
