Default What is the strange noise as soon as I pass 10mph?

I have mini cooper s 2009. I encounter with strange behaviour: when I start the engine and as soon as I pass 10mph I hear some kind of rattle/click noise under my feet. The noise does NOT come back after I go under 10mph and then go over 10mph again. But, whenever I TURN OFF the engine and then turn it back I hear the noise again as soon as I pass 10mph.
Mini said it's related to timing chain and should be replaced. But, how it's related and why it happen ONLY after restarting the engine?
What do you think can be the problem?

Don't know about that timing chain making that noise, but it sounds like the auto door lock relay maybe and if you have that feature turned on. When you take off and the doors are unlocked and then get to a certain speed the auto lock. Maybe thats what you hear ?

I know the sound when the door locks. The door lock works and I also disabled it.
In addition to the click I also feel something under the pedal. When I press the gas pedal and go over 10mpg I feel some kind of movement. Any ideas?
