So... I replaced the driver side regulator and motor with one from the same side of another car. The motor runs up and down but the sequence and switch are backwards!
In order to make the window go down I have to press the switch up?
When the window goes down, it stops at the bottom and then goes a little farther the way it should at the top.
In order to make the window go up, I have to press the switch down. When the window goes up it stops at the top and doesn't wait to close the door to go the extra bit at the end.
I have tried switching the wires directly on the motor but it still does the same thing???
What could possibly do this?
