I wouldn't describe it as droning. I would have to say that it is more raspy. I know that is not a word that comes up a lot in a exhaust talk but that is the sound that I think it makes lol. At the higher RPMs it kinda cuts out. Not in a bad way but more along the lines of a mature exhaust which is what I wanted. The tip is from a saleen. I call it a mini Lamborghini tip lol that is what it reminds me of.
