I just purchased a 2011 Mini Cooper S in the US and I'm bringing back to Canada. VERY EASILY got around BMW Canada's (illegal in my opinion) process of getting a recall letter from them to complete the import process.

Won't it have the wrong cluster ? MPH versus KMH

yes.... although with the touch of a button, it shows digital kph. Saved $10k+ on the car. Plus the $2k scam from BMW... worth it, in my opinion.
