That is possibly one of the ugliest Mini's I have ever seen. The guy selling it seems like a complete idiot that knows nothing about cars.

His words-----> "look bro-the car has been dyno tested at just over 300hp @ the wheels-that is equal to or about 350-360 hp at the crank-another tire kicker who thinks he knows somethin-theres lots of you out there i guess- "

and also " it doesnt seem like you are interested in buying the car only critquing it -which makes you a f*cking tirekicker-bro "

So i had to write him back to piss him even more off ya know, b/c im a wiseass.....lol

Me------>Im just stating the obvious with you tryin to bullsh*t someone with that fake add. You cant even come up with those numbers with just an exhaust, pulley and the 50 shot when ProMini has ALOT more in upgrades, and only produces 243hp WITH a 19% pulley with NO problems ( in another email he said using a 19% pulley will overheat it, so thats why they used a 15% which they "tested" ..So dont cocky with thinking your talking to someone who doesnt know these cars when i have pleanty of companies I know who have the extremely fast Mini's that I've seen around. So go and BS your way into sellin your car and feeling good about ripping someone off on believing there getting something there not.

Wow that guy is a complete moron. There is no way you can get over 300 hp on that few upgrades. The stock Cooper S has just under 170 hp, and you're common I/H/E is only going to add around 10-15 hp at best. Then, with your pulley reduction you'll probably get about 15-20. The computer and all the cooling junk he's put on there will give him like 5-10 hp (depending on the brand, etc.), and of course the 50-shot is going to add quite a bit, but only when you're hitting the nitro button or at WOT (depending on how you have it set up). So i figure he's probably around 230-235 on a good day. But that's FAR from what he says. Please post more of his reply emails, I love hearing people who know nothing about cars talk about cars. It makes me feel smart.

Well, the only parasitic items on the Mini are (correct me if I'm wrong) the A/C compressor and the alternator. Power steering runs off of a separate electric motor, which you can actually hear quite clearly from inside the car while you are turning the wheel. So, if he did remove the A/C, he'd probably only gain a couple of horses.
