helllllllp me

i have a 2004 cooper it had the fule pump let go and i replaced it but it not startin it is turning over i havde replaced the spare plugs thats a bitch but i did it new fule filter i do now what to do now it seam like ity is not geting the right fule flow it seams weak so any help would be grate
