New oxygen sensor (NOT due to failure, DUE to maintenance requirement)

Full Synthetic oil change (12/10/11)
EVERYTHING is operable , NO issues
Only reason for selling is due to lack of $ given on trade and buying a new Cooper S Countryman ALL-4.. Need to sell this to cut down on my actual cash down amount.
