Default Rear right arm covered under warranty?

Have a 07 S, with extended warranty. I was told @ the dealership to replace the rear right arm since it was slightly bent. I wonder if this service is covered by warranty or not.
thx
Happy Motoring

Rear right arm?? Are you talking about the suspension? If so I would assume if you hit something to bend it then it would not be covered under warrantee. However if there is no external damage then I would say that its a manufacturing defect and would be covered under warrantee.

It depends on the warranty ... you'll have to check with the warranty company
Normally they will not cover suspension ...

When i took my car for the annual inspection and free oil change, this issue was brought up as the technician pointed out, they can not do alignment and balance bec. of issue with rear right arm. He thinks my car's prev owners backed the car into something.
May be he's trying to avoid dealership fix it for free???

Fairly simple ... Arms bent = Abuse doesn't matter if you or the previous owner did it

If there is no external damage on the part -- scratches--, then it came that way from the factory. Why don't you tell us if there is external damage??
