Good Afternoon , Ok guys I need some help I have exhausted my limited knowledge on my car.

car wouldnt go into gear with clutch depressed while car is on but it would with car off, changed the transmission fluid it was dark no metal shards that didnt do the trick , changed the slave cylinder today tried to bleed it after quite a few attempts there was still air in the system removed it from the car to compress it and saw the shaft was bent, any ideas on what could be wrong?

6 speed manual with 125K miles
