Rear Seats Fold Down?
 

Do the rear seats fold down for additional storage?

I thought this was the cabrio thread. Are there no cabrio owners reading this?

For all the non-owners, because it looks like that's all there is on this chat board viewing this thread, the rear seats do fold down giving a fair amount of storage space on top of them. Stopped in at a Mini dealer who happened to have a cabrio on the floor.

For those who care, he also said don't go for an automatic trans model in the first phase of the Mini. That's everything through a 2007 I believe. There appears to be a definite problem with those trannys.

Does the rear window fold up to get you more access space? I just picked mine up (needs motor) and have not done much with it yet.

I found the levers to pull the back window up about 6 inches. Not much more space, but every little bit helps.
