16 Year Old Girl, First Car, 2008 Cooper S - Upgrades

Quick question. I'm looking for some quick upgrades for my Daughter's First Car, a 2008 Cooper S. First Exhaust and possibly a Turbo Upgrade. Dependability is a must as I am overseas and can't have her stuck. Any suggestions on upgrades without compromising dependability?

Hello there, you can upgrade the air intake. You can get a K&N filter replacement. That's a very easy kit. You can go a little more aggressive and get an M7 or Alta air intake upgrade. Those are nice but a little more pricey. For the turbo you can get a turbo blanket. That's supposed to keep the hot air away from all the other engine components. Good luck!
