2008 base model engine swap won’t run

My 08 base model r56 engine blew so I replaced it with a 60000 mile one. It ran good for about 50 miles and quit. It will start and idle but when you try to accelerate it dies immediately. Fuel pump has been replaced. Any ideas would be greater appreciated. Thanks
