2013 Cooper S intermittent light failure
 

My rear tail light began losing its drivers side brake light every so often, becoming more frequent then finally quit. I tried replacing the bulb with no success. Now my drivers side rear signal light started showing the same symptoms and just quit for good today. Does anyone know what might be causing this issue? It seems weird that changing the bulb doesn't fix the issue.
