Hello everyone, im new to this forum and got my mini cooper about 10 months ago. First of all its great! I love it. Does anyone know what model i have?( r56,r57) Its a 2015 Mini Cooper S hatchback/hardtop. Also i really want to switch out the shift **** to the older model shift *****. they look bigger and i just like the feel of them better. Any good websites to order from? Also is it difficult to change the shift ****? Thanks

 

Hi, I believe yours is a gen 3 and is going to be a F56-S. Not sure on the shift ****, I just bought a R56 about 6 months ago so I'm trying to learn as mu h as I can but seems to be very little help out here especially on this forum. I have found a guy on YouTube (Bimerdude) that does a lot of post/work on the R56.
