took my 08 S in for its first service and now there is a trans bearing noise.
I think the ba$tard$ at the dealer were screwing around and my car is hurt. Then the service dept leaves it for me to find instead of mentioning the noise. I drove the car around the block and went back. Now its going infor a trans pull to find the problem. I fully expect them to blame me and refuse to repair it under warranty.
I'm screwed. Any suggestions?

The dealer (not my original) I took it to has replaced the tranny with a new one. I guess BMW does not repair trans only replace.
Hope it lasts better tand the 1st. one
