Adding power question

1st post so hello! My questions is this... I have an 08 completely stock S 6 speed and drove a "the works" S Friday having 208 HP. very nice! What can I do to mine to achieve or surpass this power level? Otherwise I'll have to wait a year and then sell mine and get the Works

yea i jus got a brand new 08 mini cooper s with the jcw tunning kit but i was wondering how i could get more straight horsepower by adding performace parts, and i would like the parts to be in a reasonable price.
