CEL & EEC Test Cost
 

Hi I have a few questions about a repair bill on my girlfriend's 2007 Mini. The repair guy is billing:
4 Spark Plugs: $147.00
EEC Test: $431.00
Coil: $90.

Can an EEC test and labor to replace the coil really be $430. (he replaced 2 brake sensors and that labor is included in the $431 too I think, but can all that get to more than $400?

Another question, what is reasonable labor cost for replacing 2 brake sensors?
And a coil?

And can 4 new spark plugs be that much?

The EEC Test found the codes P0303, 0014, 283D, 2775, 273E, 2856.
