Cooper S 2013 R57 central multimedia display

The central display of my R57 2013 stuck in the German language and 3 icons are disappeared (phone, map, calendar) !

iIn addition, the Bluetooth function, which also disappeared within the “CD/multimedia” menu.

I've tried everything to do a factory reset and I couldn't.

Any tips?
