Driver door won't open
 

I'm new here and left a lot of info about this car in the intro section. New battery in car and Fob. Hood, rear hatch and passenger doors are open. Fob, key and dash switch lock and unlock the doors
and back hatch. Inside door latch on the passenger side opens the door, interior door latch on the drivers door does not open the door. Driver, passenger doors and rear hatch won't open from the outside.
Since all 3 outside electric switches don't work, I'm wondering if there's a fuse that controls the door latches. I have the fuse covers off but can't decipher some of the hieroglyphics on the inside.
I need to get the drivers door open and I'm at a loss.
