Driver Window Not Sealing Properly

Hi,

My mini cooper drivers window won't seal properly. Just to give some background, my car is a salvage title from a hit on the driver's door (However, I don't think it is a frame problem since the top right of the window aligns to the same place as that of the passenger side). It feels like there is air coming in at high speeds. but sometimes more than others. I was doing a car wash, and even a little water got in. However, it does not seem visible. But, one day the window stayed at about one finger away from completely closing. I fixed it moving it with force.

Using force, seems to get the window to a closer spot to where it should be.

PS: The window always comes up a little when the door is closed.

I'm having the same issue, but my cars a clean title. I think someone may have tried breaking into the car and caused the issue. Now I'm just trying to fix. Please help. 😭

Same Issue

I’m having the same issue but it’s on my passenger side. Have you found the fix to this?
