Engine Change (Does it make a difference Man to Auto)

I have a 2009 Mini Cooper 1.6 Base I am repairing and looking for a replacement engine. My car is an automatic transmission and the replacement engine I found is an manual transmission. I will be rebuilding the engine myself and was wondering if there is a difference between the crankshaft from a manual car and automatic?

It will be an expensive swap as you'll most likely need new pedals, a clutch, flywheel, a new ECU and other things. It's easiest/cheaper to replace with what the vehicle came with. I'd recommend looking on Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market to find a used engine that will work with your R56. If you need any other misc. parts please don't hesitate to let me know
