I just purchased a 2007 R56 Mini Cooper. It does not have the in bumper fog lights only the parking lights. My question, is it prewired for the Fog lights and switch? I was hoping by purchasing the correct lights, brackets and switch panel I would not have wiring to do, any info is greatly appreciated.

 

If you do not already have any pre-wiring you will have to add it. Yours is just a base Cooper and not a Cooper S correct? If so, I believe you might already have the harness for the fog lights even though yours did not come with them. If you confirm you do it would only require installing a toggle switch and then having a dealer or indy shop do the activation with programming.
