I am buying a 2012 Mini, it seems to have slow miles for the year (6500 Miles)

My question is, is there a way to find out if this are the correct miles on this car.
If Im correct, the RPM cluster keeps memory of the miles.

I was thinking about Mini Dealer, but car has never been in the shop since new

 

It's VERY hard to fake miles on the new mini's the mileage are stored in both cluster and computers

With that new of a car the mileage is fairly average , I just saw an 05 with less mileage now thats low
