Mini Cooper S Engine Swap (1.6T)
 

I’m in the process of replacing my 1.6t motor I have already bought a N18 from a MT donor car that I’m going to put into my AT car is there anything I should do to make this process smoother I have replaced motors before but not in a Mini I know I will have to swap over the flywheel bc the transmissions are different but other than that is there anything I should know about for example when my friend engine swapped his B5 A4 he used an AT donor car for his MT car and had to use vagcom to reprogram the AT motor to MT would I have to do something similar with my Mini?
