It started as a thermostat repair at work and of course the tube to the water pump broke so I had to pull the intake. I was getting ready to reinstall the intake when I noticed I broke a pair of wires. They are the third loomed wires from cylinder 1. If I remember correctly the first set goes to the injector then another set of wires and I broke the next set. Car is a 2013 turbo. 3rd loom from the right, right above cyl 1...

Can you see at all where the wires are attached? Best I can find is this, but I'm not really sure this is correct:
