hello guys, i'm new here, i picked up my cooper s today..was just wondering if i could go all out on the throttle.. i mean go really fast.. would it hamper the engine by chance or its perfectly alright? or will i need to stay at certain rpm for few miles

Check your manual for a recommended break-in period. I dont know what break in is for a 2016 MINI, but no, it is generally not okay to run a new motor hard until after a break-in period is complete
