Bought my 07 Mini S in Dec. '10. I drove it for two weeks and back to dealership. Facts it was used with 106K on it ... now sunroof wouldn't open, on cold mornings days it didn't want to start (sputtering, couldn't give it gas, sounds like a diesel real bad).....accordingly the front fuel pump wasn't working and had to put in a high pressure one with new fuel lines, then I lost my turbo driving home and its still being looked at. anyone else have these issues?/
