O2 Sensor Replace / DIY?

My local shop says the O2 sensor needs replacing.
Are there one or two oxygen sensors?
Is this a DIY task? Shop wants $380.

There are 2 sensors. You will need to confirm which one needs replacing first. We have a DIY here. If you need the parts you can buy the sensors here.
