Well, not that old (58) but still loving driving. Of interest, I have owned Porsches all my life from 914s to 944s to 911 Turbos and I have NEVER enjoyed driving more than in my 2012 R56. Really!!

My question today is… are there any aftermarket mufflers that I can put on my car that do not require new plumbing all the way up to the exhaust manifold. See, I don't need more power I just want more sound. I've now listened to a number of different mufflers on the net and kinda like the factory JCW and the Alta the best… but I am not that picky, just like a good but not loud note. But, I want a simple install not one that will require everything from tip to manifold.

Ideas, suggestions?
