R56 timing chain replacement advice

Default R56 timing chain replacement advice
I've got a 2012 R56 Cooper (non-turbo) with 90,000 miles on it. I've been advised by my local mechanic that I should be thinking about a timing chain replacement soon. Can anyone advise me as to the typical recommended mileage for a timing chain replacement?

60-80k miles, from what I have read.
