So i have recently acquired my third R56 Cooper S only this time i want it to be a complete beast, that being said i have a T25 manifold and a nice old nissan turbo capable of 350bhp, realistically, what can the internals of the engine take before i need to upgrade them?

like the idea,however see a blown motor if you fit that turbo,would look at a stage 2 remap on your motor rather than fitting other parts,remember only a small motor so can only handle so much power.
