Window leak and noise

Hi

My 2007 Cooper S is making noise (air flowing in) at speed above 100 km/h. Seems like the window on the driver side is a bit out of position compared to the passenger window. Is there any way to adjust this? The dealer tried to "reset/initiate" the motor/logic, but it did not help.
