2013 Countryman Door Panel Help PLEASE
 

I'm sure someone has asked this question somewhere here but my search skills appear to be lacking because I couldn't find it. I have a 2013 CooperS Countryman that I bought used from Carmax last year. In the past few weeks, I've noticed the right speaker is crackling. I bought some replacements thinking I could install them myself. Everything I read/see about it makes it look like taking the panel off the door is fairly straightforward. Only I can't for the life of me figure it out. I can't even get that little piece inside the door handle (where the power control button is) to "pop out" no matter how hard I try.

I don't want to give up but it appears no one has put up a video for my model and year -- all the illustrations look different than my doors. Can anyone help? Either by giving me a link to illustrations or videos that would help or to a thread that was posted here? I don't want to pay someone else to do something I think I should be able to do myself, even if this thread makes me sound like an idiot. I can post pics if needed.
Thanks in advance. I'm sure people have asked dumber questions but I'm still gonna apologize in advance. I've been searching for help on this for more than week and I hate that my stereo sounds like ****!
