We just purchased our first mini yesterday with the intention of towing it behind our motorhome with Kayak on top. Unfortunately our 2010 MC Clubman does not have a roof rack. We assumed one could be put on it, but to our dismay ythe mini dealership informed us it could not due to placement of sun roof and "humps" on either side. DOES ANYONE know of a satisfactory solution?

 

Hoping someone has come up with a solution Eva. We just traded our Mini Convertible for a Clubman and also want to get some type of roof rack to carry a kayak. We are hauling ours in an enclosed trailer behind our motorhome.

 

I know this is an old posting. I found that Thule made a really nice set of racks for my Clubman. For a new set ordered from them it was around $550.00. I waited and found a good used set on CL and purchased them. The rubber feet were not specific for my Clubman but I modified them to fit. For $100 I have been hauling our 2 kayaks all winter in SW Florida and it has worked great!
